This short guide helps individual staff members to understand how and why they should make the most of the continuing professional development (CPD) opportunities they're given. It outlines what CPD is and how it beneficial to the individual staff member as well as to their school/college and students. It helps staff members think about how to incorporate CPD into their work and how to ensure their CPD is effective as possible, particularly in relation to mobile learning and the CPD Library.
